Follow these steps to disable App suggestions :
Open Settings > Additional Settings > Get Recommendations and disable Get Recommendations

How to disable ads and App suggestions in App Drawer?
Long press on home screen > More > Home Screen Mode > Now disable the first 3 options ( Personalized search, Show App suggestions, Display keyboard when entering App drawer)
How to disable Google News Feed?
Go to Settings > Apps > Apps management > Search for Google and tap on it. Now disable the Google app and restart the device. It will disable the -1 screen or Google News feed. Remember by Disabling the Google app also it will disable Google Assistant, Google App and Google search bar.
How to completely disable Glance for Realme?
Go to settings > Apps > Apps Management > tap on 3 dots at the top corner and tap on Show system apps > search for Glance> Tap on Glance for Realme and disable it. It will completely disable Glance for Realme from the lock screen.
